furnish, recondition, hire let on hire ,let on hire, develop, manufacturer,
design ,consolidate, subdivide, and organize yacht club, boat club, yacht cru
zing, charters, sail club house and to do all acts and things, necessary and
connected with the said business of yacht club, boat club, yacht cru zing,
clubhouse, health and recreation club including inviting life patrons, ordinary,
